Here at Salty Peaks Telehealth, our heart has always been rooted in helping others actualize their worth so they can live life to the fullest. An integral part of our treatment philosophy is to establish a trusting partnership with clients in a space where they feel safe and accepted. We are mindful of how painful these struggles can be, therefore we always works at the pace you are comfortable with.
Each individual has their own lived experience that shapes their personalized treatment plan. Medication may be indicated to reach certain treatment goals, though it will always be prescribed at the lowest effective dose/duration. I often incorporate and recommend other evidence-based wellness modalities when needed.
